I have 3 years of experience in technologies of food industry, alcohol production and waste water treatment. I have taken participation in starting the equipment involved in the process. As technologist my job is very important because I have to “see deep" in the process no mater what kind of technology it is. My education is in Food Industry Processing – University of Food Technologies Plovdiv (Bulgaria), specialty – technologist of wine and brewing. This I think is very important to be considered because I can not find something so complex then wine is in technological aspect. In 2007 I worked in distillery producing ethanol for drinking purposes. This includes distillation and rectification processes, following all parameters of working columns, all diagrams in computation system. In 2008 I had chance to participate in managing and operating of Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant in Gorna Oriahovitsa which is very modern and well equipped with automation. My job in waste water treatment process is to follow all parameters of primary, secondary, tertiary treatments. Microbiologically aeration system should be controlled; methanisation is also very complex and deep process to support. Working in laboratory and analyzing the results is my major responsibility. In 2010 I started work in Paper Mill as technologist of Local Waste Water Treatment Plant - treating the industrial effluent from the mill and I have designed circulation system of the treated water back to the Paper Mill. The process consists of Primary treatment in DAF system (dissolved aeration flotation), biological treatment, Secondary clarifier and filtration of the water in sand filter. All parameters of the process are followed and analyzed in laboratory which includes COD, BOD, TSS, VSS, pH. As professional development I desire to grow in technological field and establish my carrier for long term. All the time I study new developments in technology of water and waste water treatment, and I am looking forward to work for bigger and stable company.
